
The album contains material from ABWH’s self-titled album, songs from past YES records and excerpts from keyboardist Rick Wakeman’s solo work. Tony Levin, who played bass on the studio album as well as most of the tour, was ill during the concert recorded on this album. He was replaced by bassist Jeff Berlin.

An Evening of YES Music Plus - Press Release, 1989
After months of rumour and conjecture, the vital elements in what many regard as the quintessential line up of YES have now completed work on their new album to be called Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe. The initial tracks were in recorded Paris late last year
The record will be released in the three standard formats, all featuring cover art by Roger Dean. However, the vinyl edition will contain shortened versions of the songs to be found on both the cassette and compact disc.
Titles on the record are: Sound, Second Attention, Soul Warrior, Fist Of Fire, Brother Of Mine, Birthright, Quartet, Teakbwa, The Meeting, The Order Of The Universe and Let’s Pretend.
The album will be in the shops – worldwide – from Monday, June 5th.
Concurrent with the global release of the record, Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman & Howe will be in pre-production rehearsals for their forthcoming – AN EVENING OF YES MUSIC PLUS….. – world tour due to start in Memphis late July.
Dates in North America are still to be finalised but it is expected that the group will play America & Canada through September before starting the European series of shows 1n Scotland. Throughout the tour the group will be utilising a special stage set designed by Roger Dean.

Saturday, October 21st: Edinburgh Playhouse. Tickets are priced at £12.50 & £10.50 and are available from usual agencies and the box office. Tickets acquired from Tocta agencies will be subject to a book fee.
Tuesday, October 24th: Birmingham N.E.C. Tickets are priced at £13.50 &11.50 and are available from the N.E.C. box office together with outlets at: The Birmingham Odeon, Birmingham Ticket Shop, the Mike Lloyd Megastores in Wolverhampton, Stoke On Trent & Newcastle Under Lyme, Way ahead in Nottingham & Derby, Poster Place in Coventry, Piccadilly Records in Manchester and T.L.C.A. in Liverpool.
Saturday, October 28th: London, Wembley Arena. Tickets are priced at £14.50 & £12.50 and are available to personal callers from the Wembley Arena Box Office and Tower Records, Piccadilly. All Branches of W.H. Smith & Keith Prowse will carry tickets but these will be subject to a booking fee as will the credit card hotline – XX.XXX.XXXX. Tickets for the above shows – for which there will be no support act – go on sale this Friday, 14th April.
